Seiter IP Consultants LLP is a boutique Intellectual Property Consultancy firm, strategically located in the heart of Southeast Asia - Singapore. We provide a whole array of IP services including the protection of trademarks, designs, copyright and patents, licensing services, franchising services, developing IP strategies as well as IP portfolio management services in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos.
With a combined 30 years of hands-on experience in the field, our partners, Kiran Dharsan Seiter and Marni Afandi, deal with all types of IP and commercial business law matters in commercially significant countries in Southeast Asia. Our clients come from diverse industries and include multinational corporations, individual entrepreneurs, small businesses, established or new brand owners, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in fields such as apparel and accessories, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, agricultural and dairy products, foods and beverages, electronics and computers, industrial equipment and machinery, personal care, health care, and medical services and products.
